Wife Life

I mentioned on Monday that Seamus and I are possibly doing our honeymoon in the south of Spain and Mallorca and we are both getting really excited.  We have been talking about the trip for a while now and we never could seem to find a place that we were both were dying to go.  I always say that I thought I was well-traveled until I met Seamus, so that made it a bit difficult to find place that we both had not yet been.  We threw out Thailand, Italy, France, Turkey, Croatia, Greece and I am sure ten other places but I kept coming back to Spain.  We have both done Madrid and Barcelona but we have always wanted to do the south and Mallorca has always been on my bucket list so I threw that stop in there!  I absolutely love to travel and I find the planning part about as much fun as the actual trip.  So the first thing I did was scope out the hotels in Palma.  After researching for a couple of days I have come up with these two: the Puro Hotel (which also owns the Puro Beach club - apparently the nearest public beach is 15 minutes away so you can go to the beach club if you would rather) and the Hotel Hospes Maricel.  So which would you prefer?  A Moorish hotel with a hip bar and a fun nightlife (with the amazing views of the sea off-site at the Puro beach club) or a serene and peaceful hotel with beautiful views?
